Reattach the spray arms to their respective positions, ensuring they are securely fastened and can rotate freely without obstruction. Replace the dishwasher racks and baskets.
Restore power to the dishwasher. Run an empty hot water cycle, perhaps with a dishwasher cleaning tablet, to flush out any residual debris within the system and ensure proper spray arm function. Listen for the distinct sound of water jets and visually inspect for vigorous spraying action through the door (if your model allows).
